 FCM Member Registration @ $25 each (add $5 for each person after Oct. 1)   

 Individual Registration @ $30 each (add $5 for each person after Oct. 1)   

 Family Registration @ $60 per immediate family (add $10 after Oct. 1)    

 Group Registration @ $25 per puppet/clown troupe member (add $5 after Oct. 1)

 One Day Registration @ $15 each (add $5 for each person after Oct. 1)
